Entertainment Lab is a bicoastal Talent & Digital Management company, with offices in Beverly Hills, CA and Manhattan, NY.
The company represents actors, writers and directors in film, TV, digital media, theatre, commercial, print, and voice-over work. Its roster has included Academy Award, Emmy Award, WGA Award, SAG Awards, BAFTA, GLAAD, AFI, Sundance, SXSW, Kids’ Choice Award and other festival and award contenders, nominees and winners.
In the digital space, Entertainment Lab helps content creators, influencers, UGC creators, podcasters and brands navigate the constantly evolving landscape of platforms, algorithms, trends and audience behavior.
Entertainment Lab was formed by Matt Ilczuk and Sean Dubravac in 2011 in Hollywood, CA (approved by SAG-AFTRA).

Sean Dubravac is the Co-founder of Entertainment Lab. He serves as a Talent & Literary Manager. Screenwriting Judge at the UCLA MFA Screenwriting Program, AFI Screenwriting Showcase, Austin Film Festival, Page Awards, ScreenCraft, ISA, Coverfly and others. Graduated from UCLA in International Development Studies. Completed UCLA Extension Course in Writing Coverage and I. Studienabschnitt at The Vienna University of Economics & Business, in Vienna, Austria. Fluent in Serbian, German, Russian and English. Married to his Viking wife, Linnea, and a proud pappa of a magnificent little girl, Lova.
Matt Ilczuk is the Co-founder of Entertainment Lab. He serves as a Talent Manager. In 2019, he opened Entertainment Lab’s New York branch and has led the company’s expansion in the NY market ever since. From 2004 to 2008 Matt was in charge of sales/marketing and bookkeeping at MGE, Inc. - international film distribution company, Santa Cruz, California. Education: Cabrillo College & San Jose State University. Fluent in Polish and English. A proud dad of Piper, an Australian Labradoodle.
Angie Lucania is a Talent & Literary Manager at Entertainment Lab. She is a San Francisco Bay Area native and a Graduate of CSUN’s Cinema and Television Arts - Screenwriting program. Previously, Angie was a Jr. Agent at The Chasin Agency.
Michael Enright is a Junior Manager at Entertainment Lab. He grew up in Haddonfield, NJ, within the greater Philadelphia area. Michael graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor’s Degree in Film and Finance.
Brian McReynolds is a Talent & Literary Manager at Entertainment Lab. He is a proud Jersey Boy and UCLA graduate with a degree in Economics and Film, Television, & Digital Media Studies.
Angelica Campa is a Talent & Literary Manager at Entertainment Lab. Born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, she earned her Bachelor's at CSUN in Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations.
Alyss Masundire is a Junior Manager at Entertainment Lab. Born in Washington & raised in Tennessee, she graduated from the University of Redlands where she earned her degree in Media & Visual Culture Studies.
Jemima Cashman is a Talent Coordinator at Entertainment Lab. She grew up in Cleveland, Ohio, and graduated from DePaul University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Film and Television Studies.
Lisa Barth is a Bookkeeper at Entertainment Lab.
