SEAN DUBRAVAC‍ ‍
Co-founder | Talent & Digital Manager
Sean co-founded Entertainment Lab with Matt in 2011. He graduated from UCLA with a degree in International Development Studies, completed the UCLA Extension course in Writing Coverage, and studied at the Vienna University of Economics & Business in Vienna, Austria. Sean has served as a screenwriting judge for the UCLA Screenwriting MFA Program, AFI, AFF, the Page Awards, ScreenCraft, ISA, and Coverfly. He is fluent in Serbian, German, Russian, and English.

MATT ILCZUK 
Co-founder | Talent Manager
Matt co-founded Entertainment Lab with Sean in 2011. In 2019, he opened the company's New York branch and has led its expansion in the NY market and Broadway theatre world ever since. Previously, from 2004 to 2008, Matt ran sales, marketing and bookkeeping at MGE, Inc., an international film distribution company in Santa Cruz, California. He studied at Cabrillo College and San Jose State University and is fluent in Polish and English.

ANGIE LUCANIA
Talent & Literary Manager
Angie joined the company in 2016. She is a San Francisco Bay Area native and a Graduate of CSUN’s Cinema and Television Arts - Screenwriting program. Previously, Angie was a Jr. Agent at The Chasin Agency.

BRIAN MCREYNOLDS
Talent & Literary Manager
Brian joined the company in 2022. He is a proud Jersey Boy and UCLA graduate with a degree in Economics and Film, Television, & Digital Media Studies.

ALYSS MASUNDIRE
Junior Manager
Alyss joined the company in 2022. She was born in Washington & raised in Tennessee; she graduated from the University of Redlands where she earned her degree in Media & Visual Culture Studies.

ANGELICA CAMPA
Talent & Digital Manager
Angelica joined the company in 2022. She was raised in the San Fernando Valley; she earned her Bachelor's at CSUN in Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations.

JEMIMA CASHMAN
Talent Coordinator
Jemima joined the company in 2022. She grew up in Cleveland, Ohio, and graduated from DePaul University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Film and Television Studies.

ALLIE ZEH
Talent Coordinator
Allie joined the company in 2026. She graduated from Point Park University in Pittsburgh with a B.S. in Sports, Arts and Entertainment Management. Previously, she was in marketing and social media departments at KQED, RAPP/Omnicom, Amtrak Pacific Surfliner, BlankSpaces, Axos Bank, Guaranteed Rate and the Pittsburgh Penguins.
