BRANDS
Every month try to send us 10 brands with the info below for each brand/brand category. It's totally fine if you don't do this but the more ideas you give us, the more we will pitch you! And if this is all too much, let's jump on a 30-min Zoom call and knock these out together.
- WHY: Are you currently owning/wearing/using their product or service, and if so, can you send us photos of it or have a personal anecdote/story/experience with the brand? And if not, then why are you passionate about this brand? Please give as much detail as possible.
- CONCEPT: What kind of collaboration do you have in mind? Give specific campaign details (theme, concept, storyline, logline, what channels it would be on, would be a post, reel, story, short-form, long-form, etc.). Maybe mention your followers' demographics or any other insights that may matter to this brand or your past brand collabs that are in the same space as this brand and why yours would be a great match now. Is there a specific life event or occasion that you plan on using this product or service for (upcoming travel, anniversary, event, etc.)? We need to help the brand visualize exactly what this collaboration would look like.
- TOP-PERFORMING POSTS: Send us a list of your top 1-3 posts for each brand category/vertical so that we can use them in our outreach.
And if you hate doing all of this, no worries, we will do our thing.
SERIES | IP
As you are testing out different lanes/categories/verticals/types of content, try to recognize if there is potential to create your own social media series (universe or IP if you will) in which you involve a few of your friend creators (actors, writers, influencers) that could go viral (gains millions of views). This could be a great proof of concept (TV series/movie/IP) that we would definitely pitch to studios/streamers/networks/pods and brands.
Angle, angle, angle. To get you as many media articles, media and podcast interviews, announcements, exclusives, magazine articles, guest appearances, etc., we need that story angle/hook.
The media is interested in any major success stories or developments. Also, in case we miss it, please update us as soon as you notice that a certain post/episode or series has gone viral and there is a cultural/media relevance to it. We will then pitch that story to media outlets that match that topic.
MEDIA
EVENTS
We can pitch you to all kinds of red carpet events, screenings, premieres, gifting suites and photo ops but you would need to attend them on your own dime in LA or NY. If you are interested, let us know what kinds of events interest you. This in-person exposure could increase your visibility “on ground” as well as in the post-event coverage and help bring in more inbound deals.
Collaborate with other creators and celebrities. Digital world thrives on sharing and not competition. We could reach out to other creators, podcasters and celebrities and invite them to collaborate with you. Just say the word. This would be unpaid of course but it would help raise awareness of your brand, increase your audience and the number of inbound deals.
GUEST FEATURES
Update us on your most recent top-performing posts/episodes just in case we spaced out and let us know what new brands/brand categories/TV series buyers/media we could use them for. We always want to keep testing and expanding.

Create/post often (it doesn’t have to be perfect) and on as many channels as possible.
Talk to us if you need help with ideas on branching out to different adjacent brand/content categories/verticals/lanes or simply inspiration for certain brand campaign concepts.
Update us on any upcoming life events (moves, pregnancy, tours, launches, trips, home renovations, etc.) so that we can potentially use them in our outbound pitches.
Since industry books are always out of date in the social media world, try to stay up-to-date on all the new algorithm, culture, trend, platform, search optimization, consumer behavior, regulatory, FTC, etc. changes by listening to podcasts, news, following reputable industry experts, signing up to email newsletters and so on.
